Behavior Technician

About the role

The Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts and is proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work. We are currently seeking an ABA Technician in the Community Wraparound Program in Westfield or Springfield.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst.
• Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals.
• Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress.
• Maintain productivity targets and comply with agency standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience working with youth and families OR Associates Degree with at least 2 years of relevant direct service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to support others.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred).
• Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation (required).
• Must be 21 years or older.

Pay

$22.75-$23.75 per hour
