About the Role

Behavioral Framework is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy in home settings, supporting children with autism and their families.

What You’ll Do

• Provide ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor.
• Support children in building meaningful life and social skills.

Requirements

• Experience working with children with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
• Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Must be physically present at the job location 20–30 hours per week.
• Must have a mobile device (smart phone or tablet) for work.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical activities, including standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50 lb.
• Compliance with practice policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines of RBTs.

Work Environment & Physical Conditions

The position requires being physically present at the client’s home, performing a variety of physical tasks, and using a mobile device for documentation.

Pay

$23–$25 per hour.
