Responsive Recruiter Benefits: - In-between Appointment Travel Pay - In-between Client Travel Pay - 401(k) - Flexible schedule - Training & development Behavior Technician (BT) – Entry Level Welcome What You’ll Do: As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in our center, a clients in home, school, and or community settings. We support ages 2yrs old through adulthood!! Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will: - Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs - Collect and record data during sessions - Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills - Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors - Follow behavior plans with consistency and professionalism - Promote client safety, dignity, and independence Why Join Beachmont? - $22–$25 per hour - Paid drive time between clients + mileage reimbursement - Paid training (no need to repeat 40-hour training if experienced or an RBT) - Opportunities for career growth and mentorship - Supportive, team-centered work environment - Eligibility for medical, dental, and other benefits for full-time employees What We’re Looking For: Required: - High school diploma or GED - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance - Ability to pass background check and TB clearance Preferred: - Experience with children or individuals with disabilities - ABA or Behavioral Health experience - RBT certification - Coursework in psychology, education, or a related field - Bilingual (Spanish/English) Skills for Success: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable, punctual, and organized - Puts Safety and Integrity 1st - Ability to follow written treatment plans - Familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, Tablets, and other common technology - Comfortable implementing treatment plans regardless of who it's with - Comfortable working with both children and adults - Comfortable collecting and analyzing basic data (frequency, duration, etc.) - Comfortable with changing diapers Work Environment & Physical Requirements: - Sessions take place in homes, schools, and community settings - Active role requiring sitting, standing, kneeling, and floor play - Ability to lift up to 45 pounds - Local travel required Performance Expectations: - Maintain 95%+ data accuracy and timely submission - Achieve 90%+ session attendance and punctuality - Participate in ongoing training and supervision - Support measurable client progress Our Commitment to You: At Beachmont Behavioral Health, we prioritize: - Trauma-informed, compassionate care - Ongoing professional development - A workplace where your voice is valued - Growth Opportunities - RBT Supervision Compensation Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
