Compensation: $17.50 – $22.00 per hour

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT) you will bring your energy to inspire growth and change in our clients’ lives. No experience required; opportunities are available for both seasoned technicians and newcomers to the field.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with individuals aged 2‑18 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Build relationships and make a difference in clients’ lives while collaborating with the team.
• Electronically track and collect data on client progress.
• Maintain high energy in a fast‑paced environment where no two days or clients are the same.

Pay

$17.50 – $22.00 per hour.
