About the role
Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Facilitate social interactions and activities
- Monitor and document individual progress
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Previous experience in a similar role
