About the role
Aptitude in providing home and center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. Operates under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Collect therapy session data
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education

Schedule
- Summer: M-F 8am to 1pm. (HOME)
- School Year: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at school in Tar Heel, NC 8am to 12pm. Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 1pm. Home in Bladenboro, NC
