About the Role
Applied ABC’s growing network of providers spans 28 states and supports thousands of patient families on their personal journeys with Autism. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly in the homes of children with autism, implementing one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect therapy session data
- Availability for weekday and weekend sessions
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- BA in a related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
- Capability to work under the supervision of a BCBA
