Aim
Aimed at providing home and center-based ABA therapy services to children with autism across the United States.
About the role
This therapist works directly in the homes of children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Collect therapy session data
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
- Valid RBT certification
