Responsibilities
Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans, participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques, and communicate regularly with supervisory staff. Operate under the supervision of a BCBA, with weekday and weekend availability. Collect therapy session data.
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
Qualifications
A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
Schedule
Cases available in the afternoon, from 3-8pm Monday to Friday and some weekends (Home Service)
