About the role
Aptitude in providing one-on-one behavioral interventions within an ABA framework. Participation in ongoing training sessions focusing on ABA methodologies and classroom management.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Engage in regular training sessions on ABA techniques
- Communicate effectively with supervising staff
- Operate under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work flexible weekday and weekend schedules
- Collect and document therapy session data
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or be enrolled in a relevant program
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting individuals with autism

- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
