About the role

Aptitude in providing one-on-one behavioral interventions within an ABA framework. Participation in ongoing training sessions focusing on ABA methodologies and classroom management.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Engage in regular training sessions on ABA techniques
  • Communicate effectively with supervising staff
  • Operate under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work flexible weekday and weekend schedules
  • Collect and document therapy session data

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or be enrolled in a relevant program

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for supporting individuals with autism

Skills

  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
