Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients as per the treatment plan.
- Document progress notes and report on client performance regularly.
- Collaborate with other therapists, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent care and support.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new research.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
- A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for working with individuals with autism and a commitment to their growth and development.
Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using data collection software and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM.
