Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients as per the treatment plan.
- Document progress notes and report on client performance to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other therapists, parents, and teachers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new research.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of ABA Therapy experience.
- A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
- A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
