Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports
- Work closely with the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
- Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and make informed treatment decisions
- Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and others to inform and improve treatment plans
- Provide services in various settings including centers, homes, schools, or other locations as clinically indicated
- Schedule may include driving between clients
Requirements
- One to two years of experience working with children (e.g., caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare)
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field preferred
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping others
