Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports
  • Work closely with the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
  • Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and make informed treatment decisions
  • Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and others to inform and improve treatment plans
  • Provide services in various settings including centers, homes, schools, or other locations as clinically indicated
  • Schedule may include driving between clients

Requirements

  • One to two years of experience working with children (e.g., caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field preferred
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for helping others

Qualifications

  • Complete training necessary to provide therapy (requirements vary by state)

Pay

Competitive hourly rate starting at $18/hour

Background Screening Requirement: This position requires a Level II background screening in accordance with Florida law. Applicants selected for further consideration will be required to complete this Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
