Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client behavior during sessions
- Aid in the development and implementation of care plans
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
