About the role
A1 Autism Consultants is seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role involves implementing individualized ABA programming designed and supervised by licensed behavior analysts to help children achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities
- Implementing individualized ABA programming in center and home settings
- Teaching new skills to individuals while addressing problem behaviors
- Focusing on improving overall quality of life for those impacted by ASD
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- RBT certification preferred, but not required (paid training provided)

Pay
$20+ per hour based on experience
Schedule
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On-call availability
- Weekend shifts as needed
