Behavior Technician/Afternoon

About the Role

We are seeking Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team at Headway ABA! You will work 1:1 with patients in home, school, and community settings, implementing treatment plans under the direction of BCBAs. Treatment protocols cover a wide range of domains, including toilet training, communication, social skills, and adaptive living skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials
• Adhere to time and attendance policies, maintaining regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Follow Headway ABA policies and procedures to provide quality and consistent patient care

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification or be willing to obtain it within 60 days of hire
• High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework preferred)
• Desire to work with children and experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
• Commitment to maintaining RBT certification
• Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance
