Behavior Technician - ABA Therapy

About the role

Support clients with Autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes or community settings.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and engage with families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required prior to work; paid training provided for those without experience.
• Willingness to learn, patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Minimum 6-month commitment.

Qualifications

Interest or experience in education, early childhood development, behavioral health, or working with individuals with Autism is advantageous.
