Behavior Technician - ABA Therapy

About the role

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in clients' homes or community locations. This part-time position offers flexible hours, making it suitable for students or those seeking supplemental work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support client independence and positive behaviors.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team.
• Accurately record session data electronically.
• Create a positive learning environment and foster connections with families.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to improve treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn, compassionate, patient, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Commitment of at least 6 months to make a meaningful impact.

Training & Support

Training is provided, including a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
