About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in both center and home-based settings. We welcome both experienced ABA Professionals and recent graduates.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy for children at their home or in our clinic
- Draft reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals
- Help kids build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs
- Create engaging and fun learning experiences
- Foster a supportive and caring environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required
- A valid drivers license and vehicle

Skills
- Strong communication and socialization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ABA and/or working with young children

Pay
Compensation is competitive and includes a $500 sign-on bonus for those committed to working late day/evening slots, including PT employees.
Schedule
Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of both the children and the therapists.
