About the role
Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress.
Responsibilities
- Implement learning programs for children on the autism spectrum
- Collect and analyze data to track progress
- Provide individualized support to enhance social, communication, and behavioral skills
- Collaborate with a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and practicum students
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and celebrate successes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (due to travel to client homes)
