About the role
Join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Implement tailored treatment plans
- Collect progress data
- Complete session notes
- Maintain a positive, professional environment during in-person sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with preschool or elementary-aged children
- Experience with children with special needs is a plus
Preferred Skills
- BT experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
