Behavior Technician – ABA / Autism
About the role
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree who are passionate about working with children and supporting families affected by Autism. This is a part-time role with flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities
- Implement personalized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data and support skill development
- Empower families through training and compassion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Passion for working with children and supporting families affected by Autism
- Flexible schedule availability (afternoon, evening, or weekend)
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. Entry-level training provided
