About the role
Responsible for providing support services to children, youth, and families in a home or community setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in need.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with children, youth, and families.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background check.
- First aid and CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of child development and family dynamics.
