Behavior Support Specialist
About the role
Responsible for providing support services to families and individuals in the community. Conducts assessments, develops intervention plans, and coordinates services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Provide direct services to clients in home or community settings
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document client interactions and progress in accordance with agency policies
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current certification in Child Welfare or similar field
- Experience with case management software
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Pay
$30 - $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
