About the role
THERAPY SOLUTIONS COLLECTIVE (TSCO) is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to join their team for the 2026–2027 school year. They offer a range of full-time, part-time, on-site, hybrid, and remote positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in both classroom and small-group settings
- Assist students with academic tasks, organization, and developing positive social interactions
- Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior plans under teacher or clinician supervision
- Offer one-on-one support to students with learning, behavioral, or physical needs to promote engagement and success
- Supervise students during class activities, recess, lunch, and transitions to maintain safety and structure
- Collect data, track progress, and communicate observations to teachers and support staff
- Prepare classroom materials, set up activities, and help maintain an organized learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to foster a positive, inclusive educational setting
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree or college coursework in education preferred
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Patient, flexible, and positive attitude when working in a classroom environment
- Basic understanding of child development and classroom management strategies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Willingness to follow teacher or clinician direction and contribute to a team-oriented environment
