Behavior Support Aide (Entry-Level)

About the role

Provide compassionate care to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavior support and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Assist individuals in developing social skills and independence.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and plan interventions.
• Document observations and interventions in individualized care plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Passion for supporting individuals with special needs.
