Fred Finch CARES partners with individuals and communities to provide culturally responsive services that promote mental and physical resilience and wellness. Our programs are individualized to meet the specific needs of each child, youth, and family, utilizing research-based interventions and best practices.
What You Will Do
- Support behavior strategies and provide 1:1 behavioral intervention and rehabilitation services to participants and participant families.
- Document services provided and collaborate with community and mental health professionals.
- Participate in group and individual supervision.
- Provide crisis management, clinical case management, and administrative functions.
- Be on call as needed.
- Support and implement the wraparound philosophy, trauma-informed care model, and its individualized, strengths-based, culturally competent, family-centered approach to behavioral intervention.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience working with children and families
- Motivation to continue learning and growing in ABA
- High ethical standards
- Promote positive morale and team cohesion
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to maintain records, and work independently
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers, supervisors, and youths
- CA driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation
