What You Will Do

• Support behavior strategies and provide 1:1 behavioral intervention and rehabilitation services to participants and participant families.
• Document services provided and collaborate with community and mental health professionals.
• Participate in group and individual supervision.
• Provide crisis management, clinical case management, and administrative functions.
• Be on call as needed.
• Support and implement the wraparound philosophy, trauma-informed care model, and its individualized, strengths-based, culturally competent, family-centered approach to behavioral intervention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience working with children and families
• Motivation to continue learning and growing in ABA
• High ethical standards
• Promote positive morale and team cohesion
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to maintain records, and work independently
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers, supervisors, and youths
• CA driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation
