Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessment, through observation, assessment, and one on one coaching
  • Meet with parents to develop behavior management plans/goals
  • Support and assist throughout the implementation of management plans
  • Monitor and track children’s progress
  • Provide resources, consultation and additional training
  • Provide parent support via phone, email or in person
  • Refer parents to resources and other professionals as needed

Parent Education Programming

  • Cook with representatives from various external partners/clients to tailor programming, classes and training to meet quality education objectives
  • Develop parent education programming to include child development and effective parenting strategies
  • Present parent education programming in multiple formats (in person and online)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse students and families
  • Strong understanding of child development and family systems
  • Knowledge of community parenting resources and services
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
