Behavior Specialist
Requirements
- A Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis or another health and human service-related field is required.
- Licensed in the state of PA OR licensure eligible as a Behavior Specialist (LBS), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Experience in the behavioral health field working with individuals with mental health/developmental disabilities is preferred.
- A valid PA Driver's License is required.

Possesses the clinical skills and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program individuals with BH and IDD diagnosis (Dually Diagnosed) under the clinical supervision of the Program Director and Psychiatrist.

About the Role
At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a full time Behavior Specialist to join our Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team around the Penn Hills, PA location. Earn $29.26/hour. Come work for Merakey and we will help you obtain your licensure (LBS, LSW, LCSW, LPC)! We Offer Master's Level Tuition Reimbursement Inhouse Supervision Hours for Licensure Mileage and Gas Reimbursement for Travel.

Position Details As a member of the DDTT Program, the Behavioral Specialist is qualified in a mental health profession. They possess the clinical skills and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program individuals with BH and IDD diagnosis (Dually Diagnosed) under the clinical supervision of the Program Director and Psychiatrist. They will be in charge of supervising non-clinical staff.
