Behavior Specialist

About the role

Assist BCBA with the assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors. Consult on ISP Plan Goals/Objectives, as well as environmental supports. Train, oversee, and monitor direct support professionals with respect to behavioral support and therapeutic interactions. Collect and input data into an Excel database. Record notes regarding behavioral services. Provide specific hours of services per consumer in required settings per week. Conduct observations and integrity assessments of the BCBA's current BSP per Individual.
