• Lead and assist a wide array of dynamic classes, including arts & crafts, cooking, current events, exercise, personal care, job readiness, music appreciation, organization & planning, and creative expression.
• Build meaningful relationships by working directly with our participants, providing personalized encouragement and assistance as they engage in activities and work towards their individual aspirations.
• Gain practical, sought-after experience in program coordination, effective communication, collaborative teamwork, and person-centered support for individuals with diverse needs.
• Cultivate a positive environment by being a key contributor to fostering a fun, inclusive, and genuinely supportive atmosphere where every individual feels valued, can thrive, and reach their full potential.

Who We're Looking For

Future Leaders Ready to Make an Impact

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a college, university, or community college program in any major.
• Passionate about working with people and genuinely committed to making a positive contribution to their lives.
• Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with diverse individuals.
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
• Able to commit to a part-time schedule of 15-20 hours per week, offering flexibility to balance with your academic or personal commitments.
• Comfortable completing a Background (LiveScan) and TB clearance prior to starting.
