ABA Behavior Technician Internship

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Assess and document client progress
• Collaborate with therapists and families to develop and implement behavior plans
• Conduct training sessions for family members and caregivers
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders preferred
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Passing score on a relevant certification exam (if required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent observational and analytical skills
