Behavior Interventionist (RBT Required)

Pay

$24.00–$26.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time role with a flexible schedule, including opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40 mile radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
