Behavior Interventionist- (Bachelors Required)
About the role
At 360 Behavioral Health, you'll unite passion with purpose, working to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and teens with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
- Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
- Provide Consistent Therapy committing to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
- Track Progress by collecting and recording data to measure growth and guide next steps.
- Foster Learning and Growth using structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
- Collaborate as a Team working closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain Professional Standards following HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.

A high school diploma or equivalent, a genuine passion for helping children and teens grow, reliable transportation, and a BA/BS degree required.

Pay
Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/per hour, based on experience and education.
Schedule
Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required.

Additional Pay Incentives
- +$2/hour for weekend shifts.
- +$5/hour for company-observed holiday.
Hiring Bonus
- $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months.
- $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months.
