Qualifications
- Experience with implementing individual academic and behavior interventions
- Knowledge of instructional intervention strategies and implementation
- Personal skills necessary to communicate and coordinate interventions with parents, intervention team, and classroom teachers
- High School diploma with passing score on WorkKeys test
- Two year Associate Degree preferred
Performance Responsibilities
- Observe individual students and classroom groups as requested by principal for the purpose of implementing interventions
- Implement all phases of individual or group interventions as assigned by the principal
- Complete progress monitoring and documenting of behavior changes and academic achievement
- Completion of records and forms as assigned by principal
- Communicate progress of students to intervention team chairman and students' classroom teachers
- Attend meetings as needed
