About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Provide direct support to students to improve social-emotional skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (if required)

Qualifications

  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Pass a drug screening test
  • Pass an educational background verification

$40,000 - $50,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
