About the role
Enhance the learning environment for students through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Provide direct support to students to improve social-emotional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (if required)
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening test
- Pass an educational background verification
