Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven Behavior Intervention and Support Plans aligned with students’ IEPs
- Support the hiring and onboarding of BIIs
- Develop BII schedules and assign them to students based on service needs and provide ongoing modeling and training
- Serve as a manager and coach to BIIs, providing regular feedback, modeling, and annual evaluations
- Conduct field observations and monitor fidelity of implementation and data documentation
- Provide direct 1:1 behavior intervention services to students as needed
- Collaborate with classroom educators and other support specialists (e.g. School Counselors, School Psychologists, etc) to ensure integrated behavior supports
- Engage and communicate with families regarding student progress and goals
- Maintain accurate student documentation and effectively manage assigned caseloads
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with related service providers

- Data-Driven Practice: Collects, analyzes, and uses behavior and progress monitoring data to inform services, ensure fidelity, and make timely adjustments to student support plans.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Navigates changing needs and situations with flexibility, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset. Remains calm and focused in high-stakes or emotionally complex situations.
- Organizational Stewardship: Manages time, caseloads, and documentation responsibilities effectively. Upholds high standards for service quality and compliance with IEPs and school-wide expectations.
