The Behavior Intervention Assistant position at Fountain Valley Elementary School District supports students through evidence-based interventions and behavior management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implementing evidence-based interventions and behavior management strategies
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized plans for students
• Assisting in creating a positive learning environment that promotes student success
• Providing support to students with behavioral challenges

Requirements / Qualifications

• Job-related experience is required.
• Targeted, job-related education with study in job-related area.
• Current CPR and First Aid completion.
• Completion of Pro-Act and Applied Behavior Analysis trainings by the end of the probationary period.

Pay

$26.98 - $32.80 Per Hour

28.75 hours per week
