Behavior Health Technician

About the Role

Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in various community settings, focusing on building communication, social, emotional, and behavioral skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support positive behavior change through ABA strategies
  • Follow individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families and team members
  • Build trusting relationships with clients
  • Document progress
  • Participate in training and supervision
  • Travel between client locations

Requirements

  • Experience working with youth in childcare, education, coaching, or behavioral health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
