Behavior Analyst (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments using tools like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, Vineland, and functional behavior assessments.
• Developing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans for various service settings.
• Supervising Behavior Technicians, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Providing parent training and participating in team, family, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitoring learner progress, analyzing data, and making clinical recommendations.
• Ensuring accurate clinical documentation, billing, and compliance with EHR requirements.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain staffing and service quality.
• Adhering to BACB ethics, Michigan LBA standards, HIPAA, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• BCaBA certification and passing BACB exam.
• Current or eligible Michigan LBA certification.
• At least 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including autism treatment.
• Experience in clinic, home, and community settings.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
