Behavior Analyst (Part-Time)

About the Role

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and supervises Behavior Technicians across various settings, including center-based, in-home, community, and telehealth programs. Responsibilities include monitoring learner progress, analyzing data, providing parent training, and ensuring clinical documentation compliance. Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams is essential to maintain quality service delivery and uphold ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and BCaBA certification
• Current Michigan LBA or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years’ ABA clinical experience with autism treatment
• Experience in clinic, home, and community settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
