About the Role

This opportunity is designed for individuals actively pursuing BCBA certification and accruing practicum hours. The Lead Case Supervisor role prepares you for success as a BCBA upon completing your hours and passing the exam. This position is part of our Apex Program, tailored for those within 6-9 months of testing, offering enhanced development and peer community across centers.

The role reports to the Local Clinical Trainer (BCBA) at your specific clinic and includes serving as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week). This is a full-time, hourly position, with potential for increased caseload and hours as you near testing.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week), adjusting based on center needs and program progress.
  • Update client goals and programming using our electronic data collection platform.
  • Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
  • Participate in ESDM-specific trainings to grow your clinical skillset.
  • Write Behavior Intervention Plans using the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT).
  • Conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support using Soar’s in-house curriculum.
  • Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist.
  • Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists as part of the integrated care team.
  • Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week), based on center needs and program progress.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
  • Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam.
  • Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
  • Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and planning.
  • Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and accept feedback.

Pay

Base pay: $25.50 - $32.50/hour, with a $2,000 signing bonus upon offer. Additional $5,000 bonus upon passing the BCBA exam.
