Highlights of the Lead Case Supervisor Role
- Base pay: $25.50 - $32.50/hour, with $2,000 signing bonus upon offer!
- Bonuses: $2,000 signing bonus, plus an additional $5,000 once you pass your BCBA exam
- Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week), learning and practicing the key skills to become a high-quality BCBA.
- This is a full-time, hourly position. The caseload and paid unrestricted hours may be higher, as you get closer to testing. This will also depend on the local centers growth and availability.
- Additional week of PTO to prepare and study for your exam
- High-quality study materials also provided once you’re within 6-9 months of testing
- Guaranteed BCBA role at Soar following the passing of the BCBA exam and meeting program expectations (location will depend on local staffing needs).

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress
- Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform
- Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs
- Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset
- Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT)
- Training and coaching to be provided
- Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar’s in-house curriculum
- Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist
- Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic
- Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABAP
- Must be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam
- Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist
- Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning
- Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy
- Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback
