Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Position Details
We are seeking to hire a compassionate individual to join our team as an Behavior Analyst. The position is responsible for the development and implementation of the clients master treatment plan, works within a multidisciplinary team to review the clients treatment and goals, and assesses progress and future needs. Behavior Analysts are involved in the assessment and discharge planning process to establish goals for the reduction in challenging behavior, instruction in functionally equivalent responses, and functional communication.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in the field of behavior analysis, mental health, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a human services field required. Master's degree preferred.
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) required.
- Experience: 1+ years experience developing and performing behavioral assessments and evaluating individual or unit wide programs required. Experience working with children and adolescent populations preferred.
