About the role
Seeking a BCaBA to design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored ABA treatment plans to meet each child's needs.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
- Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver effective services.
- Utilize data collection tools to monitor and assess client progress.
- Participate in team activities to support the organization's mission of excellence.
Qualifications
- Valid BCaBA certification.
- Experience in developing and executing client programs, preferably in ABA.
- Strong leadership skills with enthusiasm for training staff.
- Compliance with background checks, TB testing, and immunizations.
- Passion for improving quality of life for individuals with autism and their families.
