Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor ABA therapy plans tailored to each child's needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and interventions
- Collaborate with team members and families to optimize outcomes
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- BCaBA certification through BACB or eligibility to take the exam
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families
- Strong integrity, high standards, and innovative mindset
- Ability to be transparent, accessible, and collaborative
