Behav Health Therapist PRN

About the role

Provides person-centered and empathetic care, evaluates psychosocial needs, uses brief interventions and evidence-based practices to enhance the individual’s function and emotional wellbeing. May provide counseling, psychoeducation, and access to appropriate and agreed upon services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Mandatory Education: Master's degree in psychiatric related field or an active State of Florida Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (RMFT)
• Preferred Education: Additional education preferred
• Required License and Certs: Level 2 AHCA clearance
• Preferred License and Certs: Additional licenses and certifications preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a level 2 AHCA clearance
