As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must pass a background screening and central registry check

Pay
Pay range: $14.50–$17.00 per hour
Schedule
Part‑time, mornings and/or afternoons, no weekends. Before‑school hours: 6:00 AM–9:15 AM. After‑school hours: 3:00 PM–6:30 PM.
