You can meet the job requirements in one of the following ways: CDA certification currentCCP Credential current12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPDOklahoma Certificate of Mastery current1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate) As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following: Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.Complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing/operating clubs that build on the students' interests and talents.Provide a caring, family-oriented environment that fosters positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school at your program site.
