About the role
As a Site Team Lead at Empower Youth, you will oversee the implementation of positive youth development practices, ensuring high-quality programming through curriculum implementation, staff leadership, and supply management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining high-quality youth development programs
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Oversee the ordering and distribution of snacks, materials, and supplies
- Support the program by providing direct service when necessary
- Mentor and engage directly with youth participants
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and maintain a culture of continuous learning and development
Qualifications
- Age 19+ with relevant experience in childcare, education, or youth leadership
- Strong communication skills and a passion for youth development
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate programs, and support families
- Meet responsibilities and qualifications as outlined in the job description
